Time to ship dependent upon shipping option selected and UPS shipping schedules. Note that any/all "Free Shipping" promotions apply only to UPS Ground orders. Customer will be charged for 1 or 2 day UPS delivery service.

Please call us at to request a Return Authorization Form and return it with the items in the original package or equivalent to protect it from damage within 30 days of purchase. Ship via UPS or other carrier that can track the package.
Please ship all returns to address on return authorization.
We will refund or exchange all items for any reason. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable with returns or exchanges.
Return items must not be worn, washed, or mistreated and must be returned in original packaging. All embroidered, screened, hemmed or altered items are not returnable.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only the purchase price.
